New job- New possibilities!

Good morning everyone!!! Things have been hectic on this end!!! Oh me! Oh my!!

But it's all worth it! I have been doing training and a lot of learning. It is an adjustment period as I go from working one or two days every few weeks to working 4 days a week for a total of 30 hours. (I GOT THE JOB!!!!)

This opens up a whole new world of possibilities for us!! It really does. There is no more scrambling for money. No more wondering how bills will be paid, how our reception will come together! It takes a big burden off of her(most of her paycheck has been going to my bills- and I am extremely greatful for that) and makes me feel like I'm contributing more..while still being able to be home to do things around the house.(tearing up carpet, repainting, etc). My birthday is right around the corner!!! I am turning 26 on the 16th. Just a few weeks away!!! Hard to believe how fast this year has gone...........

Where did it go anyways? I feel like it was just the start of spring and now we are heading into fall. Kids are going back to school, fall clothes are coming into stores, the mornings are starting to be cooler...oh wow...*sigh* ah well.

So it seems like my life is finally falling into place. This job gives me the opportunity to continue my education, pay my bills, and be able to live comfortably.

And that makes me a happy girl.

Update on life.

Go figure---As I go to the first day of work at old navy- I get my one year pin..Here is the deal though, I have a very good chance that I will be getting a better paying part time job (its 30 hours...at 11.29 a hour) and my boss at old navy is wondering if I am going to be staying with them as well.

Part of me doesn't want to. For two weeks they gave me no hours and constantly cut me before then. What I am supposed to do? Sit and wait for them to decide to give me hours? I don't think so. It doesn't pay the bills at all. And doesn't help me contribute to the savings account for our reception being held in april.

This is a great job. Wonderful benefits (The one I have the secon interview for on monday) The first interview went very well. And I was elated when she told me she would like to send me on to my second interview. Now I have to impress this person, do my training and should be feeling a lot better about myself!!!

Hurray!!! I am sending out positive thoughts that I will get this job!!

This Crazy Life

I am so sorry to everyone here on PNN. Life has been very fast paced lately. Seems that I spend more time tryng to find a job than actually blogging about my life...*sigh* And I spend a lot of time cleaning up and tryin to reorganize the house to make room for new things.

I have signed up for every possible paying survey site to try to bring in extra money. I am lucky if I get one day a week at this point..Blargh..It is frustrating to say the least...Hard to save for the reception when I can't get a paycheck for more than 60 dollars a week:(

I have applied to the same company that my wife works at *tee-hee* just at a different house. We can't work at the same house....Plus trying to apply to pretty much any place I can find...

I will try to be on more. I am so sorry all
